Homestead Property Tax Credit - Eligibility - Child Support Payments

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Child Support Enforcement Administration to send a specified certification to the State Department of Assessments and Taxation concerning specified child support obligors; requiring the Administration to conduct an investigation and notify the obligor of the outcome; requiring the Department to revoke eligibility of specified obligors for the homestead property tax credit under specified circumstances; providing for the right of an obligor to challenge the Administration's certification; etc.
