Commission on Organic and Locally Grown Agricultural Products

Synopsis:

Establishing a Commission on Organic and Locally Grown Agricultural Products; specifying the membership, chairs, staff, and duties of the Commission; specifying that a member of the Commission may not receive compensation, but is entitled to reimbursement; requiring the Commission to analyze, study, and make recommendations regarding ways the State can promote the development, sale, and use of organic and locally grown agricultural products; requiring the Commission to make a report to the Governor and the General Assembly; etc.
