Maryland Transit Administration - Audio and Video Recording Devices on Vehicles Used for Transit Service

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration to activate, or to install and activate, an audio recording device on specified vehicles; requiring the Administration to post a notice on vehicles, as specified; limiting, to specified persons and for specified purposes, the review of any audio recording made on a vehicle used to provide transit service; requiring the Administration to adopt specified regulations; regulating video recording devices installed on specified vehicles used to provide transit service; etc.
