Establishing the Task Force to Study the Development of Wetland Teaching Projects at Secondary Schools; providing for the composition, chair, and staffing of the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving compensation; providing that a member of the Task Force may receive reimbursement of specified expenses; requiring the Task Force to study State regulations governing the development of specified wetland projects at secondary schools in the State; etc.
