Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law relating to the Purse Dedication Account; requiring specified distribution of revenues from video lottery terminals to the Education Trust Fund instead of the Purse Dedication Account; requiring specified funds in the Education Trust Fund to be accounted for separately and to be used for specified purposes.
