State Government - Regulations Affecting Small Businesses and Economic Impact Analysis

Synopsis:

Requiring an Executive Branch agency or the Department of Legislative Services to include in an economic impact analysis of a proposed regulation that will have a meaningful impact on small businesses a description of less intrusive or less costly alternative methods to achieve the purpose of a regulation proposed by an agency, and an assessment of the effect and practicality of exempting small businesses from the regulation.
