Environment - Exemption from Noise Restrictions - Marinas and Boatyards

Synopsis:

Adding an exemption to the list of exemptions from the authority of the Department of the Environment to adopt specified noise restrictions for the noise from equipment used to store and maintain marine vessels during the hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. at a marina or boatyard.
