Frederick County - Roadside Solicitation of Money or Donations - Permit Program

Synopsis:

Authorizing Frederick County or a municipal corporation in Frederick County under specified conditions to enact a permit program allowing a person to stand in a roadway, median divider, or intersection to solicit money or donations from the occupant of a vehicle; requiring a permit application to include specified information; requiring the county or municipal corporation to approve or deny an application within 5 days after the application is filed; etc.
