Election Law - Change of Primary Election Dates and Compliance with Federal MOVE Act

Synopsis:

Altering the dates for primary elections in the State; making changes to the State election law to comply with the federal Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act, as specified; altering deadlines for the filing of specified certificates of candidacy, petitions, certificates of withdrawal, and certificates of designation of candidacy; etc.
