Alexander L. Booker Child Protection Construction Site Safety Act

Synopsis:

Requiring that specified signs indicating dangers on a construction site be prominently displayed at the construction site at all times; requiring the signs to include specified information; requiring a construction site to have barricades enclosing specified dangers on a construction site under specified circumstances; and requiring specified construction equipment to be equipped with specified safety equipment.
