Medical Assistance Program - Generic Drug Reimbursement Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a generic drug reimbursement program; requiring the program to establish maximum reimbursement levels for specified generic drug products; requiring the program to require a manufacturer of a generic drug product in a specified therapeutic classification to submit specified pricing to the Department for review in order for the manufacturer to participate in the Maryland Medicaid Program; etc.
