Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified employers from requiring an employee or applicant for employment to provide the employer with access to specified Internet sites or electronic accounts through specified electronic devices; prohibiting specified employers from requiring an employee to install specified monitoring or tracking software onto specified electronic devices; etc.
