Synopsis

Increasing to $50,000 the salary of each associate judge of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County; increasing to $52,500 the salary of the Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the judges of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County during a specified term of office.
