The following will assist you in performing the tasks invloved with viewing the ethics forms.
Section 2-706 (b) of the State Government Article of the Maryland Annoted Code, requires the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics to maintain statements filed by legislators with the Joint Committtee and to make the statements to the public for examination and copying. The Joint Committee is also required to maintain a record of the name and home address of an individual who examines a statement filed with the Joint Committee of a member of the General Assembly, as well as, the name of the member whose file was examined.
Section 5-513 (d) of the State Government Article requires certain reports to be available to the public on the Internet through an online registration program.
