Synopsis:Requiring the Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention to require that if a grant of $5,000,000 or more is made to the Baltimore City Police Department, the Executive Director shall require that at least $1,000,000 of the grant be used for community efforts by the police department.
