Synopsis:Prohibiting a certain person from advertising, allowing to be advertised, or calling to public attention a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance; authorizing the Attorney General to initiate a civil action against any person who violates the Act to recover for the State a penalty not to exceed $500 for each violation; and providing for the application of the Act.
