Synopsis:Requiring each institution of higher education that operates in the State to submit a report on undergraduate and graduate students with a chronic health condition to the Maryland Higher Education Commission, the Governor, and the General Assembly on or before July 1, 2019, and each year thereafter; requiring the Commission to make certain reports available to the public; requiring a certain report to use information from certain sources and that is collected in a certain way; etc.
