Synopsis:Authorizing the Secretary of Information Technology, or the Secretary's designee, to develop a nonvisual access clause for use in the procurement of information technology and information technology services in accordance with certain requirements; requiring the Department of Information Technology, on or before January 1, 2019, to adopt new nonvisual access procurement standards that are consistent with certain standards in the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973; etc.
