Synopsis:Altering the size of the safety zone for archery hunters in Montgomery County within which archery hunting may not take place except under specified circumstances; and requiring archery hunters in Montgomery County to use a tree stand when hunting specified animals within 50 to 100 yards of a dwelling house, residence, church, public or nonpublic school, or other building or camp occupied by human beings.
