Synopsis:Authorizing the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners to approve by unanimous vote the application for a license to sell alcoholic beverages in a specified mixed use center, regardless of the distance from specified schools, places of worship, or youth centers, under specified circumstances; specifying that the license authorizes the holder to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only, except under specified circumstances; etc.
