Synopsis:Repealing in Kent County the requirement that the average daily receipts from the sale of food in a restaurant with a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license be at least 60% of the average daily receipts of the business; and applying to a restaurant in Kent County the provision requiring a restaurant with a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license to have average daily receipts from the sale of food that exceed the average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages.
