Synopsis:Altering the eligibility criteria for the cybersecurity investment incentive tax credit to provide the credit to a certain qualified investor in a certain qualified Maryland cybersecurity company rather than providing the credit to the company; altering the definition of "company" to include an entity that organizes under certain laws and for the purpose of conducting business for profit within a certain time period; increasing the mandated appropriation from $2,000,000 to $5,000,000; etc.
