Synopsis:Authorizing the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners to issue a Class B beer, wine and liquor license to an operator of a restaurant or hotel; requiring, as a prerequisite for the initial issuance of a Class B beer, wine and liquor license, an operator of a restaurant or hotel to attest to a specified proportion of food and alcoholic beverage sales based on gross receipts; repealing a limit on the number of seats in a cocktail area of a restaurant or hotel for which a Class B beer, wine and liquor license is issued; etc.
