Synopsis:Requiring, beginning in fiscal year 2019, that the Governor include in the annual budget bill a specified appropriation to the Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission; requiring, if a specified amount of specified funds received in a specified fiscal year is lower than the amount of specified budgeted funds in a specified fiscal year, the Governor to include a specified appropriation to the Commission in the upcoming fiscal year; etc.
