Synopsis:Allowing a parent or guardian a credit against the State income tax for specified home instruction expenses; providing that the credit may not exceed $1,000; providing that the credit may be carried forward to the fifth taxable year after the taxable year in which the expenses were incurred; requiring the Comptroller, in consultation with the State Department of Education, to adopt specified regulations; defining specified terms; applying the Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2013; etc.
