Synopsis:Authorizing a victim of cyberbullying or a parent or guardian of a victim of cyberbullying to bring a certain action for injunctive relief against a certain individual; authorizing a school principal to make a certain report; requiring school policies prohibiting bullying, harassment, and intimidation to include model procedures for providing certain notice to the parent or guardian of the alleged victim and to the parent or guardian of the alleged perpetrator; etc.
