Synopsis
Requiring the sexual assault policy of institutions of higher education in the State to include compliance with specified provisions of law relating to mandatory reporting of sexual assaults; requiring a faculty member, an administrator, or a full-time staff member of an institution of higher education who obtains specified information to report the information within 24 hours of obtaining the information to the appropriate law enforcement official; making specified exceptions; etc.
