Synopsis:Authorizing physicians licensed in another jurisdiction and engaged in consultation with a physician licensed in the State to practice medicine without a license from the State Board of Physicians under specified circumstances; authorizing applicants for licensure to qualify for licensure under specified circumstances; requiring the Board to send renewal notices to licensees by electronic or first-class mail; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
