Synopsis:Authorizing specified senatorial and delegate scholarships to be used at specified out-of-state institutions of higher education if a specified scholarship applicant is a specified individual on active duty who is domiciled in the State; requiring a specified individual on active duty to be domiciled in the State in order to retain a specified senatorial scholarship; altering the amount that may be awarded under the senatorial scholarship program beginning July 1, 2019; and clarifying the award under the delegate scholarship program.
