Synopsis:Prohibiting an automotive repair facility from repairing a tire unless the facility demounts and removes the tire from the wheel and rim, performs a visual and tactile inspection of the tire's interior and exterior surfaces, and repairs specified damage to the tire in a specified manner; prohibiting an automotive repair facility from repairing a tire under specified circumstances; establishing a $500 fine for a violation of the Act; etc.
