Synopsis:Repealing the requirement that the Governor approve medical parole for a person serving a life sentence; and requiring the Maryland Parole Commission to provide, as a condition for medical parole, that a person agree to housing placement suitable to the parolee's medical condition, forward specified medical records, and enroll for medical insurance coverage before release on medical parole.
