Synopsis:Prohibiting insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations that provide coverage for diagnostic examinations for breast cancer under certain policies or contracts from imposing certain cost-sharing requirements on coverage for diagnostic examinations for breast cancer that are less favorable to an insured or enrollee than the cost-sharing requirements that apply to coverage for breast cancer screenings; etc.
