Synopsis:Providing immunity from civil liability for a specified person administering specified medications or treatment in response to an apparent drug overdose if the person is licensed or certified as an emergency medical services provider by the State Emergency Medical Services Board and is authorized to administer the medications and treatment under specified protocols, or is certified to administer the medications and treatment under specified protocols; applying the Act prospectively; etc.
