Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012

Synopsis:

Altering the contents of a specified element that is required in a specified plan; prohibiting the approval of a residential major subdivision if a local jurisdiction has established specified tiers unless a planning board reviews and recommends the approval under specified circumstances; prohibiting the Department of the Environment from approving a major residential subdivision under specified circumstances on or before a specified date; etc.
