Enacted under Article II, Section 17(c) of the Maryland Constitution - Chapter 672

Synopsis:Requiring teachers and professional personnel at the Maryland School for the Blind to be paid an annual salary at least equal to a specified amount paid in Baltimore County to specified personnel; requiring the Governor to appropriate $1,000,000 for residential services; adding to a specified calculation one-half of the average number of children served by the School for the Blind for the Blind's Outreach Program; etc.
