Synopsis:Requiring the Department of Transportation and local governments, in developing a construction or improvement project involving a bridge or other transportation facility that is adjacent to or that crosses a waterway, to consider any reasonable and appropriate measures to provide or improve specified water access for specified activities; requiring the Department and local governments, in consultation with specified entities, to establish specified standards and guidelines; etc.
