Synopsis:Repealing the offense of taking oysters with gear that is prohibited in that area that is subject to specified enhanced administrative penalties; and establishing the offense of taking oysters with a power dredge or other dredge gear in an area reserved for another type of gear that is subject to specified enhanced administrative penalties.
