Synopsis:Requiring an audio recording device on a vehicle used by the Maryland Transit Administration or a local transit agency to provide public transit service to comply with specified requirements and to be activated only under specified circumstances; requiring the Administration or local transit agency to post a notice on specified vehicles equipped with an audio recording device; limiting access to any audio recording that is made on a vehicle used to provide public transit service; etc.
