Synopsis:Providing that specified manufacturers of lead pigment may be held liable under any legally recognized theory of liability in an action for damages; providing that, in an action for damages, a person is not required to prove that a manufacturer manufactured the lead pigment contained in specified lead-based paint that caused the damage to establish the liability of the manufacturer; requiring specified damages to be apportioned in a specified manner; etc.
