Synopsis:Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Olde Mill Foundation, Inc. for the construction, renovation, and capital equipping of the Olde Mill Community and Teaching Center, including acquisition and installation of an HVAC unit, roof repair, and resurfacing a parking lot, located in Upper Marlboro; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
