Synopsis:Establishing a special Sunday off-sale permit in Prince George's County; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners to issue the permit to a holder of any Class A license or a Class B beer, wine and liquor license with an off-sale privilege; authorizing a permit holder to sell specified alcoholic beverages from 8:00 a.m. on Sunday to midnight the following day for consumption off the licensed premises only; establishing a $450 annual permit fee; and authorizing the Board to adopt specified regulations.
