Synopsis:Altering requirements for the annual calibration checks required for speed monitoring systems; requiring a local jurisdiction with a speed monitoring system program to publish online certain information; authorizing a person who receives a citation from a speed monitoring system to request the presence of certain individuals at trial; reducing from 20 to 10 days the time required for a notice requesting the presence of certain individuals at trial; establishing a certain presumption in favor of an individual issued a certain citation; etc.
