Synopsis:Requiring the Social Services Administration to provide specified information, at least one time each year, about available benefits for a child in out-of-home placement who is at least 13 years old; authorizing the Administration to provide the information to the child at a specified permanency planning hearing or review hearing or by certified mail; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to submit a report on the implementation of the Act to committees of the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2014; etc.
