Synopsis:Authorizing the Behavioral Health Administration to establish an outpatient civil commitment pilot program to allow for the release of an individual who is involuntarily admitted for inpatient treatment under a specified provision of law on the condition of the individual's admission into the pilot program; requiring the pilot program to include specified criteria, requirements, and rights; requiring the Administration, under specified circumstances, to submit a specified report on or before December 1 of each year; etc.
