Synopsis:Requiring each retail service station dealer to maintain at least one operational video camera on the exterior premises of the service station for the purpose of recording illegal activity; requiring each retail service station dealer to preserve recordings made by the video camera for at least 45 calendar days; establishing a penalty for a violation of the Act; and providing for a delayed effective date.
