Synopsis:Requiring minority business enterprises serving as subcontractors on specified contracts to submit, within 10 days after notice of intent to award a contract, documentation providing the percentage and type of work it will perform to the procurement officer of the unit and to the contractor; altering the termination date for provisions of law concerning the Minority Business Enterprise Program to July 1, 2022; providing the findings of the General Assembly based on a specified disparity study; altering specified reporting dates; etc.
