Synopsis:Excluding State employees represented by the State Law Enforcement Officers Labor Alliance who are subject to a step increase effective April 1, 2016, in accordance with and consistent with a specified collective bargaining agreement negotiated with the State from a specified prohibition against specified merit increases in salary.
