Synopsis:Authorizing a physician assistant to complete a specified certificate that an individual of a specified age is pregnant or has given birth to a child; authorizing a physician assistant to provide specified information on a certificate of birth under specified circumstances; authorizing a physician assistant to fill out and sign a certificate of death under specified circumstances; authorizing a physician assistant to file a replacement death certificate under specified circumstances; etc.
