Synopsis:Repealing the inclusion of local governments in the definition of "employer" for purposes of certain provisions of law governing earned sick and safe leave; exempting from certain provisions of law governing earned sick and safe leave certain employees who are employed by county boards of education or nonprofit entities or who regularly work at facilities at which their employers offer the employees access to an on-site health clinic that has operating costs of at least $1,000,000 per year; etc.
