Insurance - Fraudulent Insurance Acts - Compensation for Deductible

Synopsis:Providing that it is a fraudulent insurance act for a contractor offering specified services for damages caused by weather to pay or otherwise compensate, or offer or promise to pay or compensate, with fraudulent intent, an insured for all or part of a specified insurance deductible; and providing penalties for a violation of the Act.
